Being rejected for a job you didn’t even really want! For some reason, it’s more insulting than being rejected from something you actually wanted.

Has anyone else had this experience?

  4. olivertwisted answered: Yep. Been there more than once. Sucks even more when you don’t want it and you’re MORE than qualified.
  5. heartsafireandhappy answered: Yes—you apply and think “Maybe it’ll turn out to be a good fit…what if?” And then, boom, they drop the rejection hammer on you.
